There is a dire need for citizens to print out copies of the pages on this site and mail to the Florida governor, FDOC Secretary, and especially to your district senators; urging them to take immediate action to reform this system, with emergency action concerning COVID-19. Science has discovered that COVID19 kills more African Americans and Hispanics; 75% of COVID deaths in Houston were African American. For this reason I would encourage readers to send these pages with personal letters to requesting attorney Benjamin L. Crump (240 N. Magnolia Dr; Tallahasee, FL 32301-2638)(phone: 850-224-6400). Take a stand on this issue. Crump is the number one attorney for wrongful deaths of African Americans in police related shootings.

The September 5, 2020 Citrus Chronicle reported 107 FDOC prisoner deaths from COVID, a number that doubled in only a couple of months! Some of the 107 dead were veterans, and children of veterans, who survived wars defending our US Constitution, only to die like wild animals where humanity is not protected under the US Constitution they and their families sacrificed all to preserve! The lack of citizens action in working through district senators, in policing FDOC, as law and money provided were intended, is causing a snowball effect on communities as explained in page 1. Print and mail the pages concerning COVID before any more lives are lost simply due to dereliction of duty. Humanity and especially Veterans and their families deserve better!
